Summer Tune-Up Checklist
- Inspect and recommend cleaning/replacement of air filters as appropriate
- Check for correct airflow
- Check for proper temperature difference
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Check refrigerant and inspect refrigerant line insulation
- Check system starting capabilities
- Check all safety controls
- Clean condensate drain
- Check thermostat calibration
- Review voltage and amp draw on compressor and motor
- Clean and inspect condenser coil
- Inspect electrical connections in system
- Wipe down outside unit
Winter Tune-Up Checklist
- Inspect flue for leaks & obstructions as needed
